She has managed a $60M+ portfolio of standalone business units across higher education, workforce development, and non-profit sectors. Her work spans launching first-of-their-kind online degree programs with 50% year-over-year growth, reversing complex partnership declines in condensed time frames, and building retention systems used across multi-year academic partnerships.

As an independent advisor, she brings deep domain expertise, high-candor diagnosis, and actionable execution.

Outside of advisory work, she is deeply committed to education equity, active in her Washington, D.C. community, and a mom to two young kids in DC Public Schools.
